Every Cadenza is fitted with a 3.3-liter V6 generating 293 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque. It sends its thrust to the front wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission. We have yet to track test the Cadenza, but based on the similarly powered and sized Hyundai Azera, we’d estimate the 0-60-mph sprint at around 7 seconds.
